1. Request catalogue for our latest designs. Select products. Ask price, MOQ and lead time. Finalize selection and raise a purchase order.
2. Submit your design, inspirations or developments. Our designer will work on creating CADs for you as per your directions. We will guide you through the whole process of creating the product. We will suggest construction and materials best suited for you. Discuss price options and lead time. You can also request a small swatch before making any decision.
If you looking for something very particular, please let us know and we will guide you how we can provide the best product as per your requirement. All the designs in our catalogue can be tweaked as per your need.

What is the minimum order (MOQ) requirement?
MOQ will be based on product quality and construction type. As there are so many possibilities on construction and quality, the MOQ varies. Please ask once you know what kind of product/design you want.

Is it possible to order in a lower MOQ?
Yes, we give you our best rate based on MOQ. If you want to order below our MOQ, we will need to revise the price considering the wastage of material for a lower MOQ.

Can we get a sample before making a decision?
Yes, we can send you a small sample (usually 18"x18") so you can check the quality, colors and construction before making a decision. If you are not satisfied with anything after receiving sample, we will change it as per your requirements. You just need to ask.

How do you ship your products?
Most of our orders are shipped by sea. If you need to expedite shipping, we can also ship them by air. If you have your own carrier, we can work with them to get your order shipped. If you need recommendations on what carrier to choose, we can provide you some reliable contacts you can work with.
All our samples are shipped via expedited FedEx and take around 3-4 days to reach you.
